1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Cumbernauld is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Cumbernauld, United Kingdom. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511) and comply with all applicable UK pharmacy legislation and professional standards.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Our services are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We reserve the right to decline service where it would not be clinically appropriate to do so.

3. Online Consultations and Prescriptions

All requests for prescription weight loss medication require completion of our online clinical consultation. This information is reviewed by one of our registered pharmacists or prescribers, who will determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.

Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our clinical team may request additional information, recommend an alternative, or decline to prescribe if it is not in your best clinical interest.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the period specified on the prescription and are subject to UK legal requirements. You must not share, transfer, or misuse any prescription medication supplied to you.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price confirmed at the time of your order will apply to that transaction. If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

5. Delivery

Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via tracked courier to your specified UK address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Due to the nature of prescription medicines and patient safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medications once they have been dispatched, except where there is a dispensing error or the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and during the consultation process is for general informational purposes and does not constitute personalised medical advice. Our services are intended to complement, not replace, the care of your regular GP or healthcare provider.

You should inform your GP that you are receiving treatment through our service, particularly if your circumstances change. If you experience any adverse effects or unexpected symptoms, discontinue use and seek medical advice immediately. In an emergency, always call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.

8. Privacy and Data

We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide safe and effective clinical services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
